Perfect stay just a block away from this magical place
Great location for the price (low season) The kitchen and free coffee machine really make this place a good value
The quilts on the beds were too warm for the current temperatures in October. They are perfect for winter though

Casa Richter was a perfect, historical, comfortable, and clean base camp to explore the best citadel I’ve ever encounter
The bed was super clean. My wife is very picky about beds, and she said it was the cleanest and most comfortable bed she has ever slept on. I loved the history of the house—being in the heart of the citadel in a house from 1716 built for the town judge, I felt like we were living in a storybook. The location was perfect, set on a quiet street very close to everything you’d want to see in the area. They did a lovely job renovating the place, keeping a good amount of the brickwork exposed. The downstairs area was a highlight. Despite it being a shared space, we found it to be very quiet, and a lovely space for us to decompress after long days of exploring.
Just be aware that you will need to park at the base of the citadel, as cars mostly aren’t allowed. The shower was quite small, but workable.

Die Lage ist gut in der Altstadt gelegen. Es gab Duschgel und Seife.
Gastgeber hat nicht auf meine Nachricht/Frage geantwortet. Hinweise zum Check-in waren nicht auf englisch. Anleitung/Hinweisblatt im Zimmer war ungeprüft bzw veraltet (wlan-Infos verwirrend). In der check-in info hatte ich mir Hinweise zum Abstellen des Autos gewünscht. Ich hatte mein Auto auf dem großen Parkplatz vor der Altstadt geparkt, dort gibt es aber keine Möglichkeit ein 24h Ticket zu kaufen. Nur Tagesticket möglich und man muss am Folgetag bis 7 Uhr das nächste Ticket holen ansonsten gibt es ein Knöllchen! Steckdose am Bett ist ungünstig platziert. Duschvorhang ist zu kurz. WC-Bürste war ziemlich eklig.
