Gute und saubere Location für einen Kurztrip nach Como.
Wenn r haben uns n Casa Rosada wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt und ist nachts recht ruhig. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht (gekocht haben wir allerdings nicht, dazu können wir nichts sagen), das Bad ist modern und sauber. Toll ist, dass man in einem kleinen sehr authentischen Bistro um die Ecke ein kostenloses Frühstück (Baguette, Toast, Kaffee…) bekommt. Nicola, der Verwalter, hat sich im Vorfeld mit allen wichtigen Informationen bei uns gemeldet und war auch vor Ort für Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Auch Antonio, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett. Wir können Casa Rosada weiterempfehlen.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, man sollte nur aufpassen, dass man das Tor zum Innenhof nicht falsch abschließt und sich dadurch aussperrt. Ist uns passiert, auch hier waren Nicola und Antonio zur Stelle.

Séjour de 4 nuits à Côme
Emplacement - très proche du centre historique. Très propre, bien équipé. Grande chambre, grande salle de bain, beau séjour ! La place de parking derrière- parfait ! La clim ! Les portes fenêtres = très bel éclairage naturel, et en plus oscillo-battantes ! Le petit dejeuner - une fois avoir compris que cela faisait parti de la prestation. Nous en avons profité au moins 2 fois, dans le petit bar/ Caffè Storico qui est super et le patron et serveur vraiment très gentils.
Je n'avais pas compris que le petit déjeuner était déjà compris dans le prix total, mea culpa. Peut être mieux l'indiquer tel quel dans le descriptif - ou mieux le traduire peut être ;) pour éviter une mauvaise interprétation.

El departamento muy lindo y espacioso, se lo notaba renovado y cuidado. Muy buena precio-calidad.
La cochera es realmente chica, recomiendo si van ir con autos pequeños.
