    Nicht gerechtfertigtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die mangelhafte Gastgeberkommunikation.

    Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Katia und Teresa war super. Vielen Dank für Kaffee und Süsses.

    Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Massimiliano kann man schwierig nennen. Nur wenn es um Geld und Ausweise ging, war es schnell. Alles Andere brauchte mehrere Anläufe, teilweise kam keine Rückmeldung bzw. das Vereinbarte wurde nicht eingehalten. Die Bilder zeigen ein Apartment mit zwei Zimmern, sowie die Buchungsbestätigung "eine ganze Unterkunft gebucht". Vor Ort musste man für das zweite Zimmer zusätzlich zahlen, ansonsten bliebe es abgeschlossen. Das Internet ging nicht und die Dusche war mit Schimmel befallen. Wir hörten unsere Nachbaren, sowie die Fernsehsendungen, die sie geschaut haben, weil es zwei Apartments aus einem gemacht wurden und die Zwischenwände sehr dünn sind. In der Nacht hört man den Müllabfuhr und jeden morgen um 6 Uhr - die Strassenreinigung mit dem Laubbläser.

    Atrasšanās vieta ir lieliska. Pa logu paveras skats uz Umberto galeriju, blakus Spāņu kvartāls, tuvu osta, metro.

    Viesu sagaidītāja runāja tikai Itāliski. Virtuvē un vannas istabā maz aprīkojuma.

    Era vicina a tutto, molto centrale, c'è l'ascensore ed è arredata bene. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo.

    Posizione e casa eccezionali

    Posizione centrale dietro via Toledo e davanti alla galleria Umberto. Si arriva a piedi al molo benevello per eventuali imbarchi.

    Direi nulla andato tutto molto bene
