Ottima esperienza
Posizione centrale, ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Ogni camera con il suo bagno. Ampia terrazza dove poter cenare. Cucina attrezzata. Ottima la possibilità di avere il permesso per parcheggiare sotto casa Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi. La proprietaria è la signora delle pulizie molto gentili e disponibili.
Niente, per accedere all'appartamento ci sono diversi scalini, non indicato per persone con difficoltà motorie

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
Die Wohnung ist makellos sauber und besticht durch drei Schlafzimmer, die jeweils über ein eigenes Bad verfügen – ein echter Luxus. Die Räume sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ohne Teppichboden, was für ein besonders hygienisches Wohngefühl sorgt. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig reibungslos, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – auch während des Aufenthalts, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage ist ideal: sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse im Obergeschoss, die über eine Treppe erreichbar ist und zum Entspannen einlädt. Auch die Wohnung selbst liegt im oberen Stockwerk und ist über einige Stufen zugänglich – für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sollte dies berücksichtigt werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Casa Rosina ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Herzen von San Vito Lo Capo. Alles was man benötigt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben es genossen und können es nur empfehlen.
