Perfect spot to visit cinque terra and also take a break and relax and have a swim in the ocean.
Our host, Loredana, was very patient, as we were running late to collect the keys. She waited and met us at the apartment and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She had also provided an assortment of local focaccia and some wine for our arrival, which was just divine. The apartment was beyond expectations. Clean and full of anything you could need, the view was exactly as advertised with three separate areas on the patio to choose from. Short walk to the shops and ferry to visit cinque terra. We used this as a chance to have a breather on our busy holiday and it was the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful views. So happy with this choice.

Great option for staying in the Cinque Terre without the crowds and very walkable village.
location was fantastic! Awesome views of the bay and beyond. Sitting out on the patio with the lounges and having dinner on the patio was awesome! Loredana was a great host!
The bathroom was tiny but that didn't take away from the experience. I would say the only logistics downside is getting to Portovenere you can only get there by bus or ferry from La Spezia OR if you have your own car or take a taxi. There is no train station. If you take the bus or ferry both pick up points are at least a 25-30 minute walk from the train station so be prepared if you're schlepping your luggage.
