    Roomy and comfortable Responsive host

    No Nespresso coffee maker just espresso maker and hot water maker. No microwave. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. No blankets available even though it was cold and rainy weather. Capri is multi level with many stairs to get from port to piazzetta. Several more stairs to get to property. It was very difficult overall to get luggage to apartment. Just something to point out.

    A magical stay in Casa Rubina

    We spent a month at Casa Rubina and absolutely loved it. The apartment had everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated, filled with natural light, and very spacious. There is both a balcony and a terrace on opposite sides of the apartment, and both overlook the sea. Loredana, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. My bag was lost by the airline on the way to Capri, and she helped arrange its delivery to Casa Rubina. This was invaluable, especially because I do not speak Italian. Loredana is also a children’s book author. My six-year-old daughter loved her story about Faros, which takes place in Capri. She had so much fun exploring the island using the map from the book. Loredana also gave her a Faros stuffed toy, which is now my daughter’s favorite toy. Overall, our stay could not have been better, and we cannot wait to return!

    Wonderful stay

    Excellent location, exceptionally clean and very well maintained with attention to details. Two balconies with great view overlooking different sides of the island. The property manager is extremely friendly and helpful.

    Mattresses and pillows are clean in both bedrooms but could considered replacement (one very hard, one has sunken) unfortunately affecting sleep quality.
