Le faltaba limpieza a la propiedad en general, se observavan telas de arañas Se sugiere que habiliten el patio para disponer de asador y un lugar donde tyender la ropa.

La casa es amplia, cómoda, segura y con muy buena ubicación en relación a seguridad y cercanía al centro y lugares turísticos. El barrio muy tranquilo, la atención de Miguel excelente.
