  Don't bother with this place

  The location was good.

  Couldn't believe how dirty it was, dirty washing in the cupboard, no hot water, water wouldn't go down the sink, 1 toilet wouldn't flush, dirty shower, chewing gum box near microwave, spare bedding in both wardrobes to the extent we couldn't hang nothing up. Bedding in kitchen cupboards, rubbish left in cupboards. Something spilt behind the TV.

  Good for a stopover. Check there is space to hang clothes if you need more than chest of drawers.

  Location and apartment lay out

  This is a great place.. especially if their plumbing issues gets sorted. Not their fault but there is a toilet is which is a bother where you have to pull the button back out slowly with a stops flushing with an attached plastic tie. This causes the whole attachement to come out each time and so a mild panic that its broken for good. Not broken but it might over time. So going to log it here as it needs sorting and won't be a guests fault it if breaks. Wouldnt mention it but you have to pay a deposit upfront. Also this apartment comes up under the free parking search. Not true, which isn't ideal but fairly inexpensive if not parked outside the whole day. Mattresses softer than most but still a lovely space. Nowhere to hang clothes as it stores towels and bedding for far more than one apartment.

  I ended up not staying. Really terrible experience with casa Sage. Its a bot set up to take payment

  there is absolutely nothing to like. ended up not picking up any key or staying at the accommodation. Deceptive bot not a human being.

  I would advise anybody not to book anything with this establishment. Once i paid and money had left my account i realised that i was now communicating exclusively with a chat bot. There was no timely answers to my questions about parkin. They sate that parking is available but then give state that it is restricted street parking. i requested a refund as none of my questions were being answered including how to pick up the keys. I stated that i am a blogger and would warn other customers about my experience and appalling communication. I received no response at all. A day before my travel from London to the rental I again asked about parking, again no response. I then asked for a refund and made alternative accommodation arrangements. I still received no reply or communication. Confirmation that all along I was dealing with an overseas bot cam when I received a “ how a was your stay” and instruction on checking out even though I never checked in in the first place. Obviously I have begun the process be seeking a full refund as well as compensation for the unnecessary inconvenience and stress caused .

  Pessima esperienza! Unica nota positiva: la vicinanza con Utilita Arena

  L'unica cosa positiva di questa struttura è stata la vicinanza con la Utilita Arena presso il quale si è svolto il concerto al quale abbiamo assistito.

  Abbiamo avuto problemi per ogni cosa e non siamo stati affatto assistiti. L'appartamento era sporchissimo, i letti scomodissimo, sembravano delle amache per quanto i materassi si affossavano. Lo scarico rotto, abbiamo dovuto scaricare riempiendo continuamente un secchio d'acqua. Il lavandino non tirava giù l'acqua e dovevamo stare attenti affinché non strabordasse e stasera cosa per il piatto doccia.Ci siamo fatti la doccia quasi fredda e nonostante abbiamo segnalato il tutto appena arrivati, non abbiamo avuto una minima risposta o assistenza da parte di chi gestisce la struttura. Si allegano foto!

  The photos were massively misleading. The communal area, lifts and stairs leading to the property smelled awful. On ente

  Absolutely nothing I could not even stay in it, it was filthy and in a state of disrepair

  Everything, I spent 6 hours driving to Birmingham to be confronted by the dirtiest, highly misleading and most unacceptable accommodation I’ve ever seen.
