Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Hotel hat insgesamt einen heruntergekommenen und unsauberen Eindruck gemacht. Die Fenster schlossen nicht, dadurch kamen viele Mücken ins Zimmer. Gut war das Frühstück. Die Frauen waren sehr bemüht, es uns Recht zu machen. Ansonsten fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen. Es fehlen Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby oder vor dem Hotel. Handtuchwechsel findet nur alle 3 Tage statt. Das mag nachhaltig sein, aber am Strand unpraktisch, da der Sand überall klebt. Auf Nachfrage haben wir frische Handtücher erhalten. Ein Strandhotel sollte auch Handtücher für den Strand haben.

Café da manhã simples, mas bem gostoso. A localização é ótima, só atravessar a rua e estamos na praia de Jabaquara. Atendentes muito educados e atenciosos.

Muito bom, com certeza devo voltar
O lugar é muito bom, pé na areia - a praia é literalmente do outro lado da rua. Os quartos e banheiro são bem limpos e o ar condicionado novo, o que faz diferença para quem tem alergias. A TV é smart e o frigobar estava abastecido, o que ajuda em alguma eventualidade. O Diogo foi super atencioso o tempo todo. Me permitiu antecipar o check-in pq cheguei antes do que estava prevendo. O café é simples mas muito bom, com opções variadas.
Achei chatinho ter que ficar tocando o sino para chamar alguém na recepção. Nas duas vezes que precisei as pessoas estavam bem ocupadas, uma delas no check-out, e demorou. Sei que são só alguns minutos, mas deu uma quebrada na experiência. Tb achei indelicado que uma das toalhas estava marcada com canetão “Voluntário”. Entendo que não dá para ter toalhas exclusivas, então sugiro que não marquem. Recomendo levar itens como sabonete pq não tem amenities, só um sabonete para mãos.
