Appartement avec de bonnes prestations dans un quartier sympathique
Appartement entièrement refait. Les deux appareils pour l’air conditionné furent très appréciés. L’appartement situé au deuxième étage était très calme. L’ascenseur pour y accéder était un plus en ce qui me concerne.

La disponibilité de l'hôte, qui est venu remettre les clés mais a une heure très tardive. la machine a laver, la terrasse étaient de bonnes additions, la chambre est grande, la salle de bain est confortable, la penderie pour les vêtements est pratique, la machine a café super. On aurait aimé quelques meubles hauts ou étagères dans la cuisine pour plus de rangements
l'immeuble est bruyant, les murs sont fins et laissent passer le bruit des voisins et des couloirs. Il y avait des odeurs remontée des égouts qui sortant de la vasque de la salle de bain

Soggiorno davvero piacevole, super consigliata!
La posizione è perfetta, a due passi dal centro e comoda per esplorare Palermo. Molto pulita e curata e dettagli, si percepisce l’attenzione verso gli ospiti.

We were very happy with our appartement. Very clean, and a lot of small design details. And we loved the coffee machine. Perfectly placed for seeing a lot of Palermo, even on foot. Valerio was a very attentive host. And both with check in and out he was very helpfull. Would have no trouble to recommend this appartement if you plan to visit Palermo.

Heart of the City
A great find in Palermo. Fantastic location. Short walk to via Roma, and plenty of restaurants to fill your gastronomical needs. Our unit was clean and we needed nothing to complete our stay. Valario ( manager) was there to meet us on arrival and went over the facility and get local points on interest, even to a laundry a mere 4 minute walk from the apartment. Their are several great eateries a mere 30 feer from the front door. The unit is in a quiet extremely safe neighborhood and my wife and I walked around in the evening and worried not. This definitely a 10+ property.
Now I'm being picky. Ready for this. Needed an additional trash can in kitchen. Secondly a box of tissues would be great.
