The apartment was fine and well furnished

We had to wait hours to get into the apartment. They did not give us the code number to get the key. We tried to call them but their mobile was off. We went to eat , expecting somebody would have called us back. Nobody did. At the end we went back, wait till 8 pm and finally a neighbour came and told us that the owner was away but she had the code number for the key. We found it very incredible and unprofessional!
