    Strangers entering the villa and hosts who ignore their guests

    Unfortunately, nothing that could make up for the problems below.

    The main problem: during our stay, unauthorised people repeatedly entered the villa. While we were out, someone came inside, left the lights on and opened windows in different rooms. On one occasion, during the day, someone opened the gates and parked a car on the property while my friends and I were relaxing at the villa. We were never warned about any of this, and no explanation was ever given. There is no privacy here, and it is impossible to relax in these conditions. Communication with the hosts is non-existent. My messages through Booking received either standard template replies or no reply at all. Even the most basic things were missing: no clothes drying rack (we had to dry our laundry on the railings) and no dishwasher tablets. There were ants crawling on the tables. After our stay, I sent a formal complaint asking for an explanation and a solution, but that was ignored as well. I would not recommend this villa to anyone who values privacy, security and basic respect for guests.

    Excellent house and terrace. The owner/agency were very responsive and responsible. We truly have abosolutely no complaints!
