  Great location and friendly staff

  The hotel is very well located, close to the Colosseum. Breakfast is good, and there are also plenty of cafés and restaurants in the square right in front of the hotel, offering a variety of options. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gabriella, who gave us some great tips and recommendations for exploring Rome. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

  The room was fine, but the bed was a standard double, not a queen or king size, which is quite unusual for a hotel. It felt a bit small for two tall adults.

  Friendly helpful and kind. Staff were lovely.

  This was a last minute booking due to another property cancelling on us on the day. Casa Santa Sofia were able to help accommodate us last minute and were very friendly. There was a festival on right outside the hotel but hotel provided ear plugs and it was more enjoyable than disruptive. The hotel had staff on the door to ensure only hotel guests entered and it felt very safe.

  If the rooms were slightly bigger it would have been even better, but given the location and historic area you’d probably have to lose something else in order to get bigger rooms!

  My experience at Casa Santa Sofia in Rome was excellent. The hotel is very well located, organized, and welcoming, with a reception characterized by courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism. I would especially like to thank Gabriella, from Brazil, and Nicoli, from the Philippines, who made my stay even more enjoyable. Both demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, competence, efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail. In addition to being friendly and always available, they showed an excellent ability to provide guidance, solve problems, and respond to guests’ needs quickly and effectively. It is truly a pleasure to meet professionals who are so well prepared and genuinely committed to providing high-quality service. Gabriella and Nicoli represent the hospitality of Casa Santa Sofia exceptionally well and certainly make a real difference to the guest experience. The organization, the excellent location, and, above all, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made me feel very welcome. My experience was extremely positive, and I would especially like to express my appreciation for Gabriella and Nicoli’s outstanding service. Highly recommended!

  Konumu çok iyi başka beklentiniz olmasın

  Konumu çok iyiydi sokağı direkt kolezyuma bakıyor çok lokal bir yer . odalar yetecek büyüklükte ama özellikle havlu konusunda hiç temiz hissettirmedi kokuları da kötüydü çok temiz ferah hissettiren bir otel değil ama konumu gerçekten çok ideal. bir de duş aşırı küçük ve sadece duş perdesi var ama duş başlığının yönünü de o yöne çevirdikleri için duş aldığınız an tuvaleti resmen su basıyor. Klimanın su borusunu da sifon tankına bağlamışlar her su damladığında işkence gibi sesi duyuluyor özellikle geceleri yoğun sesi geliyor. Duvarlar çok ince yandakilerin telefonla konuşmasından normal sohbetlerine kadar duyduk. Puanım açıkçası sadece konuma ve güler yüzlü karşılamaya
