  Awesome property in the old world city of Ortigia. We stayed here for 12 amazing days. Completely renovated apartment with everything new and modern. Excellent facilities. Great air-conditioning which is critical. Close to all restaurants and city sites. Michelin Star restaurant next door plus amazing local Sicilian Restaurants everywhere. Great recommendations from owner. Property Management team were very helpful on arrival and check in and made our stay very enjoyable.

  The apartment has steep steps. We coped fine but had to be careful.

  A true gem! My family is used to staring at 5 star hotels, and Casa Santini was perfect!!

  Beautiful house in the middle of Syracuse. Beautifully restored!! It has A/Cs in all the rooms that help keep the small house at a perfect temperature during summer time. The location is perfect. In the center of the historic Syracuse, neighboring a Michelin Restaurant (Cortile Spirito Santo - fantastic!!!). Close to small restaurantes, historic places, sea, port, etc! The house is very comfortable. Two bedrooms in the 3rd level, with comfortable bathrooms. A third room in the second level, where the living room, kitchen and complete bathroom are located. The apartment has perfect lighting, beautifully decorated and very modern. Appliances are all working great and we didn't have any issues. Olga (the host) was permanently checking on us to make sure everything was ok. She provided beach towels when requested and very good recommendations for restaurants, beaches, grocery shop, boat trips, etc. She helped us securing a parking place in a neighboring parking building. I was travelling with my wife and two kids (11 and 9 years old). Unfortunately, time flew at Casa Santini. We wished we could have stayed longer!

  You have to be aware that the house is distributed in 3 floors, so carrying heavy luggage to the third floor is difficult. The beds have foam mattresses, but we were so tired when we arrived at the house that it wasn't a struggle.

  Amazing stay, worth every cent!

  Amazing home, beautifully restored. This home is on another level for comfort. I appreciated the vintages washed bed line, it really elevated the stay for me. This home is central, historic, perfect for families or friends. Worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.
