    We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights — 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is spacious, has enough room for a family, and also a lovely balcony. The location is excellent: the bus station is only one minute away, and the metro can be reached with an easy 10-minute walk. The apartment owner is very approachable, replies quickly to messages, and is always ready to help with any questions. I honestly haven’t had such good communication with an apartment owner in a long time. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived in Rome around 1 AM. I asked the owner if he could organize a transfer to the apartment, and he arranged everything for us. Late check-in is possible, and he explained everything clearly, even sending a video message showing how to do the self check-in. We were truly impressed. A very kind and professional gentleman, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location. We have absolutely no complaints.
