Casa Seciu is pretty new, with nicely furnished rooms. Plenty of parking available and the setting on a hill overlooking Ploesti is nice.
Maybe it was me and I missed it, but I would have been grateful for a more specific warning that this is an event venue. If you wanna relax and unwind after a long day of traveling, but you have a band playing right outside your window that is not the best combination.
