  Die Villa überzeugt durch ihre erstklassige, ruhige Lage. Der Pool bietet die perfekte Größe für zwei Personen und präsentiert sich, wie die gesamte Unterkunft, in einem makellosen, äußerst sauberen Zustand. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem Vermieter: Er hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen und war extrem aufmerksam – uns wurde sogar spontan Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Gerne wieder.

  Maison et hôte à recommander en Algarve !

  L’accueil et la réactivité de Carlos notre hôte étaient parfaits. En effet, Carlos nous a gentiment accueillis même à une heure assez tardive (23h15). Il nous avait réservé quelques aliments et boissons en cadeau de bienvenue. Il a répondu très rapidement à une de nos demandes concernant la mise à disposition de salon de jardin et parasol. Durant le séjour, il nous a fourni également quelques fruits et légumes bio de son jardin. Hôte exceptionnel ! La maison était parfaite pour 2 couples. Bien équipée, agréable et très propre. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et barbecue à disposition. À mi séjour, Carlos nous a remis un nouveau jeu de serviettes et draps. La maison est située dans une petit ville et dans un quartier très calme. Très agréable pour se reposer. La plage Pria de Luz (belle plage de sable fin) est à 20 minutes à pied. Attention la remontée demande un peu d’effort !

  Pour rendre cette maison encore plus exceptionnelle, de l’éclairage à l’extérieur pourrait être installé. À améliorer également le filtrage au niveau de la piscine.

  Fantastisch

  Mooi huis met een prachtige ligging en mooi uitzicht! Carlos is een erg vriendelijke gastheer en kan altijd bij hem terecht met vragen of suggesties. Goed en schoon huis en zwembad, zeker groot genoeg voor met ze 2.

  Carlos is a wonderfully attentive host. He welcomed us personally on arrival and came to see us off when we left, checked the pool and topped up the chemicals during our stay, and dealt promptly with a washing machine leak when it developed. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortably accommodated three adults and one teenager. It enjoys sunshine from sunrise to sunset, with plenty of seating areas to suit the time of day — my favourite was beside the barbecue, with a lovely breeze and complete privacy from the neighbouring villas. The kitchen is very well equipped, there's a large TV with Prime Video and YouTube, and pool towels are provided. The fresh towels and bedding throughout our stay smelled absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with a thoughtful basket of wine, fruit, bottled water and milk, and Carlos later dropped off fresh produce from his land along with another bottle of red after the washing machine leaked. His kindness and generosity really stood out. We didn't hire a car and happily walked into Praia da Luz. The walk is quite steep, so it may not suit everyone, but we didn't mind it at all. Two small things worth knowing: the villa sits between two Portuguese family homes whose dogs can be vocal during the day (never at night, and it didn't bother us), and there's a small office by the front door occasionally used by Carlos's wife — the window overlooking the pool is screened off, so no privacy concerns at all. Overall, a wonderful stay. Carlos is an exceptional host who genuinely cares that his guests have a great holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.
