    Bajo en calidad precio

    La zona y el Nevada granada, gran centro comercial

    La casa tiene el menaje justo y de muy mala calidad. Sale en las fotos con radiadores pero no los tienen en funcionamiento y no funcionan. Calefacción en zona alta y abajo 2 Split de los cuales 1 no funciona bien y cuando quiere se pone a tirar aire frío. En los baños no tienen nada de calefacción y pasas un frío que tela. El sofá está muy trillado y con roturas que las tienen camufladas con cojines y con una especie de mantelito de madera por encima del brazo tapando un parche. El acceso a la cochera es malísimo si tienes un coche de tamaño medio. La vitro inducción es de mala calidad y tardas mucho en cocinar algo.

    Good place to stay. Recommended.

    Second time we stayed here. All good. Owners are very nice. Just next to the shopping mall. 2 or 3 minutes car drive from city center and Science Park which is amazing. Very very spacious. Clean and comfortable. Very good for families. Will certainly stay here again if we come back to Granada.

    The upstairs bathroom may have a plumbing problem since sometimes it smells a little. Apparently, Spanish law demands a lot of information from tourists. Beware. They will ask for pictures of your documents when filling an online form. (This doesn't seem to be an issue of this apartment, but a general rule). All else was fine.

    Lovely group stay visiting friends & family

    Convenient location close to family, shopping centre & tram. Good size property with multiple bathrooms. Comfortable living space. Good AC, kept us cool when at the property. Amenities listed all available. Good communication & easy to access. Great for a group stay.

    Some generally tired aspects to the property but this is reflected well in the value.
