Vieillot, bruyant, propre et bien situé.
L’emplacement est parfait au cœur du centre. L’hébergement est propre.
L’équipement commence à être obsolète. La machine à café ne fonctionne pas, la plaque de cuisson si on peut l’appeler comme ça est très ancienne tout comme le lave vaisselle. La douche fuit et le lavabo s’écoule assez mal. La télé est très grande mais nous ne pouvons pas y regarder autre chose que les chaînes locales. L’appartement est au rez de chaussée. Ses fenêtres donnent sur un hall qui résonne très fort, nous pouvons compter les entrées et les sorties. Le terrasse est très très petite et est visible par tous les appartements des étages supérieurs.

A charming apartment in a great location for visiting Granada!
This apartment is in a great location to explore Granada. A short 15 min walk to Plaza Nueva. The neighborhood has a grocery store and some bakeries and restaurants close by. It is also accessible for Uber and Taxis. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and informative. They helped arrange a driver to and from the airport in Malaga. I liked the traditional Moorish style of the apartment and courtyard. It added to the charm. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Great value for the money. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
The entrance vestibule was tricky and took some getting used to. I got stuck inside once but I was able to contact the owner (who lives on the premises) and they were able to open immediately by remote. It would have been a nice touch if they provided some Kleenix boxes and paper towels for guests but that might just be a North American thing we come to expect. Otherwise it a was an excellent place for the week I spent in Granada and suitable for shorter or longer stays.
