    We loved our stay!

    Silvia is the most wonderful host - so kind and helpful! The apartment is beautiful and quiet with a very comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. The garden is perfect for relaxing, and the walk to the beach is 10 minutes, with a lovely 30 minute walk into Desenzano. We wish we could have stayed longer and can’t thank Silvia enough for her hospitality!

    Wir haben uns so sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Taverna= die Küche ist mega schön, voll ausgestattet und das absolute Italien Flair. Blitzsauber und macht Spaß sich darin wirklich aufzuhalten. Durch eine weitere verschließbare Türe ging es in die Ferienwohnung, die sehr einladend und sehr gut aufgeteilt war. So viele Dinge sind vorhanden wie Zuhause. Perfekt ist die Wohnung für ein Pärchen oder 4 Personen. Eine Oase der Ruhe, sehr gute Betten, große Schränke, Safe und so viel Liebe zum Detail, egal ob Wattestäbchen oder gut duftende Seife, alles war da. Der Garten mit so vielen Möglichkeiten zu entspannen, wie Liegestuhl, Sitzschaukeln am Baum oder tolle Sitzelemente mit Sonnenschirm oder eine weitere Sitzgruppe im Schatten. Und on top, kümmert sich die Vermieterin um alle Belange die man so hat. Viele Tipps, auch für den Notfall und so liebevoll. Ein Ort der absoluten Entspannung und Gastfreundschaft. Die Standards wie Einkauf, Weg zum See ist alles fußläufig entspannt erreichbar. Desenzano erreicht man fußläufig ganz entspannt an der Promenade in 30 Minuten, Zeit genug, den Ausblick auf den See mit den dahinter liegenden Bergen zu genießen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für den unvergesslichen wunderschönen Urlaub.

    Superb

    The landlady, is absolutely an amazing person! She helps with everything that is needed! The apartment is located 10 mins walking distance from the beach, in a very quiet area so you can relax as much as possible. It is about 30 min walking distance to Desenzano which is a gorgeous little town and where you can take a ferry to Sirmione or any other Garda town :) The apartment was very clean and very spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are moskitos blinds in the windows so you can keep the windows open all night if you like it like that. We had nearly everything that was needed for our stay.

    There is just one thing that is needed, the AC, as when the temp reaches over 30 degrees, it is very hot inside. There are fans available to use however with the very high temp, that is not enough.

    Fantastic host, super clean with everything you need to have a great holiday.

    The property was very clean and and well equipped. It is situated in a quiet area but within walking distance to all the amenities and the lake. It also offers road parking.

    The only thing missing was air conditioning, but I still found it cool enough to sleep as I closed all windows and shutters during the day.
