  Excellent host and wonderful apartment with everything you need! 10 out of 10!

  We stayed at the Casa Sole in Roma property for 8 nights. Close proximity to Metro (Porta Metronia, Line C, one stop from the Colosseum) and even closer to a good sized grocery store (Castoro Supermarket), plus two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full well-stocked kitchen (including oven which is often not the case), laundry works fantastic, balcony overlooking the street and tennis courts. The host instantly responded to all inquiries day and night. For example the fridge wasn't working when we arrived but the owner had it replaced with a new one by the second full day of our stay. They even offered to cover the cost of our food that went bad. There is a working elevator but we just walked up the two flights of stairs. Road outside is two lane in one direction and can be a little loud, so bring earplugs, but I am a light sleeper and it didn't bother me. A/C worked perfectly and there is a unit in each room, including the bathrooms. I didn't try the heater as it wasn't cold, but there are new clean radiators in each room and bathroom. The single room is a little small and has a single sized bed (one person), and the other room was large two person bed. Excellent firm mattresses. Large closets in both rooms. Oh and 4 USB chargers in the main bedroom on the nightstands on either side of the bed, and plenty of electrical outlets in all rooms. You do need to use your phone to use the app to get in the building's front door and the apartments two doors. You will need cellular or your own wifi to get in, so do keep that in mind. There are no physical keys which is great, and three doors so it is very secure, but you must have a smart phone and your own wifi. To re-emphasize, communication with the host was amazing. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Roma.

  Die Räumlichkeiten und die Lage haben uns sehr gefallen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Innenstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß. Bus und Metro sind auch in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür. Die Vermieterin hat beinah täglich nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und uns Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Zur Begrüßung gab's Prosecco und kalte Getränke. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine wurde auch genutzt... generell super Ausstattung. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

  Belle expérience

  L’appartement est propre, bien meublé et bien équipé/ il y aussi un balcon

  Juste le système d’ouverture des portes qu’il faut comprendre mais après un essai ou deux ça va

  Bardzo ładny dobrze wyposażony apartament bardzo czysto!!! . Idealna lokalizacja do spacerów do centrum Rzymu przystanku autobusowego i metra. Miły kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo doceniam polecajki miejsc restauracji. Na przywitanie szampan i ciasteczka. To bardzo miłe. Drobiazgi jak płyn do prania i płukania żelazko ekspres do kawy dodam na kapsułki to udogodnienia które podczas kilkudniowego pobytu sie przydają.

  Excelente ! Superou todas as minhas expectativas eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa ! Tudo limpo organizado e nossa anfitriã perfeita em suas comunicações ! Super recomendo ! Me senti segura confortável e a casa oferece tudo que precisa !
