    El personal de 10, hacen todo lo posible para una estancia agradable. El hotel es muy acogedor y con un gusto de 10. El personal de limpieza como la dueña son increíbles. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. Volveremos. Muchas gracias a Teresa y a sus niñas como dice ella, por el trato recibido. Volveremos.

    Casa Soto ist wunderbar. Das Zimmer mit Nebenraum und Bad ist sehr schön ausgebaut und gestaltet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

    Un engaño y un trato inaceptable

    Nada, todo muy frío

    El trato de la dueña y el engaño al darnos una habitación diferente a la que habíamos pagado. Concretamente reservamos la Deluxe con vistas al jardín y nos dieron una standard que la ventana daba a la calle. Y encima nos dice que nos habñia dado la mejor habitación, un engaño por su parte. No pudimos descansar entre los coches, el camión de la basura y los que volvían de fiesta. Además íbamos nos mando un mensaje diciendo que hasta las 19:00 no podíamos entrar al hotel ya que nos habían estado esperando toda la mañana y nosotros habíamos indicado en booking que llegaríamos entre las 14 - 15 horas pero al ir de ruta de senderismo, el tiempo nos impidió llegar al a hora indicada. Inaceptable el trato recibido
