Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung ist in einem ehemaligen Büro- Haus und ist sehr grosszügig. Überraschend ruhig für die zentrale Lage, gleich vor dem Aquarium! Mein achtjähriger Sohn konnte sich von dem Treiben auf dem Platz davor kaum zum Schlafen überreden lassen...
Im Haus wird noch gebaut , stört aber nicht! Eigener Parkplatz wäre sicherlich ein Vorteil. Sonst nichts!

A wonderful apartment in a perfect location that made us fall in love with Genoa.
Giuseppe was a wonderful host, kind, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. He made sure we found the apartment easily, showed us around, explained everything we needed to know, and gave us excellent recommendations for places to see in Genoa. His suggestions turned out to be some of the highlights of our visit and made our short stay in the city truly enjoyable. Genoa was a wonderful surprise on our trip, and it is definitely a place we will remember very fondly. The apartment itself was excellent. It was very clean, spacious, bright, quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location was perfect, and the apartment had everything we needed. We especially loved sitting by the large windows overlooking the port, both early in the morning and later in the evening, such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view. It was very hot during our stay, and the air conditioning kept the apartment comfortably cool. Having a washing machine was also a big plus for us while travelling. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and just outside the apartment there were supermarkets, fresh fish, delicatessens, cheese shops, and everything else we could need. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend both the apartment and Giuseppe as a host. If we return to Genoa, we would definitely be very happy to stay here again. Thank you, Giuseppe, for making our visit so enjoyable!

Posizione eccellente, appartamento ampio, luminoso e dotato di ogni comfort. Giuseppe molto disponibile anche nel dare consigli su come muoversi in città e dove trovare i posti meno turistici dove pranzare/cenare.
