Friendly, attentive, convenient location.
Staff, location, size of room with many windows
Noise outside and the air conditioner wouldn’t work for us. Also, please give a larger trash bin or at least 2. We also weren’t given spoons to eat the yogurt.

OK for one night
The young woman who provided all services was great. She pulled together a continental breakfast, answered our questions, and even helped m lug my luggage down 4 flights of stairs.
I did not like the building at all. We had to lug our luggage up 4 flights of narrow, winding stairs to the room. We arrived late so we didn't receive any information about how the location service works.
