Large house with private grounds and single-use
It has everything you could want in a rental house, including spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient on-site parking. The grounds are secure, and our dog can roam freely. It’s also an easy trip to Granada, with lovely views all around.
The property could use an interior refresh, as its style dates back to the early 1980s. Only two bedrooms are currently available, and both have twin beds with mattresses that need replacing. We’d prefer a king bed in each room.

Una estancia en familia excepcional....
La ubicación, está muy cerca de Granada y de la costa... Había unas rutas cerca muy chulas. La casa es como en las fotos o incluso mejor, muy limpia, espaciosa, no le falta detalle, camas bastante cómodas, aire acondicionado por toda la casa, estuvimos súper frescos, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día,no falta de nada.... La zona de la piscina es espectacular con hamacas y sombrilla grande, con zona de barbacoa con mesa de piedra muy chula. Nos ha dado mucha pena irnos, ya que la estancia ha sido excelente.
Por poner una pega es que hay una gata, Surya, no entra a la casa, pero el problema no es ella, es que hay muchos más gatos que no son de la Villa y siempre están alrededor de la casa, sobre todo en la zona de la barbacoa y piscina, hay días que contábamos 8/10 gatos y no sé movían de ahí con lo cual no podías aveces ni salir de la casa, si t dan miedo los gatos 😅. En la cocina habían hormigas muy pequeñitas por la zona del fregadero sobre todo....

Location
The number of cats that were about outside. We were told there was one house cat but during our stay that became 3. Although there were up to 8 cats trying to steal the house cat’ food. A lot of time was spent policing feeding time and chasing other cats away.
