    Tutto perfetto. Appartamento carino e comodo, dotato di tutto; non mancava nulla, la cucina attrezzata di tutto e trovi anche lo spazzolino da denti se dimentichi il tuo a casa. Posizione ottima. Vicino al centro in 5 minuti e a 10 minuti dalla stazione. Vicino alla struttura trovi tutto quello che può servirti: negozio di pasta fresca, tabacchi, bar pasticceria, pizzeria da asporto, panetteria, profumeria; tutto vicinissimo. Zona molto tranquilla. Grazie a Cristiano ed Angelo per la loro accoglienza.

    Bene ma non benissimo

    Posizione strategica rispetto al centro storico e ai centri di interesse storico culturali e naturalistici. Host attento e veloce nelle risposte

    Appartamento non adatto a tre persone. Essendo Terni una città molto calda d'estate sebbene l'annuncio specifichi la non presenza dell'aria condizionata, l'host deve sopperire con ventilatore adeguati; quello in soggiorno totalmente inadeguato. Temperatura costante intorno ai 34-35 gradi. Essendo al piano terra non è possibile tenere le finestre aperte per privacy e per l'inquinamento acustico.

    I would not recommend this place. It needs improvement

    It appeared ok on the booking listing. I chose it because of the photos. The host I initially wrote to was pleasant but the person I met was not. She had a bad attitude and felt as if she was being bothered. She did not give me a complete tour of the place. She had to come back and show me where the washing machine. I was disappointed about the lack of AC but that was my fault. However the fans did its job. This place needs more work.

    The person who greeted me, it was dark and dreary, it was not like the photos and not being transparent about having a bug issue was bad business. This place needs a good cleaning.

    Niente di speciale, sufficiente

    La posizione ottima in centro

    Il patio esterno era un cantiere; trovare parcheggio quasi impossibile; in alcuni cassetti c'erano degli oggetti lasciati li da qualcuno; il lavandino del bagno inutilmente piccolo (lo spazio per metterne uno normale c'è)
