many room rules,with expensive fines, but still waiting for my security deposit back after 6 days.

very difficult to find both the hotel, no name anywhere, but worse to find the location to get the keys.

Location was great.
So small and too much $ for the overall quality of the property. They are charging 5* rates for at best a 3* property .

Good location but the entry/exit key issues are an issue!
The location was great as well as the view.
The 2 of the 3 door locks were impossible to open. Furthermore, keys were needed for the two doors TO EXIT THE PROPERTY. Thankfully we didn’t have to exit in an emergency which would have been a nightmare.

Would recommend!
The location of the room was fabulous— just a short, mostly flat walk from the train station and it was nice to have the elevator to get the luggage up the 4 floors. Great view from the balcony . Note: the elevator is very slow, though. The apartment had a coffee maker and a kettle for tea. The place was clean. Note: there are no screens on the windows, which I think is usual in this area. We really appreciated the washing machine and provided detergent pods, clothespins and line.
Some more hangers would have been nice (only 4 were provided in the closet) and some hooks to hang things in the front hall would have been great. (There were hooks in the entrance vestibule but it was not clear to us if this was a shared space or private to our unit.).
