Bene, ma non benissimo! Sicuramente posizione buona per raggiungere il centro e per spostarsi alle varie spiagge (il parcheggio non è privato, ma si trova qualche posto libero lunga la strada). Appartamento ben accessoriato, peccato però per la pulizia: insetti, stoviglie non lavate correttamente, inoltre non avevano neanche svuotato la macchinetta con le cialde di caffè! Poi in bagno c'era costantemente un odore sgradevole. Non lo consiglierei.

Lo único, la ubicación
Falta de limpieza Sofá incómodo Taburetes en la cocina que no llegas a la barra para comer La nevera enana La puerta de la terraza tienes que ser culturista para abrirla Paredes sucias Y lo más fuerte, se lo alquilaron a unos chicos el mismo día que a nosotros, lo único que nosotros entramos a las 15h y ellos llegaron a las 20h. Al llamar al anfitrión para decirle que el apartamento ya estaba alquilado, este paso de ellos

Ubicación ideal
La ubicación y los servicios alrededor.
El suelo no estaba bien limpio y el ventilador que tienen no es nada eficiente, se pasa mucho calor. El servicio de limpieza nos tocó antes de la hora de la salida para entrar a limpiar. Salíamos a las 11h y nos tocaron en la puerta desde las 9:30h

Amazing apt in the perfect location!
Everything, communication with host was brilliant. Apt has everything (microwave, coffee machine, washing machine etc). Lovely ceiling fan in the sitting room/ kitchen area to keep you cool. Perfect location to Campanario centre next door (art market, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc). Only 6/7 min walk to main 'strip' area with fab restaurants, shops etc. Beach is only a 2 min walk and lovely beach clubs.
only minor thing but to improve this experience more maybe a complimentary bottle of walk would help. Need to buy coffee pods etc if using these appliances. A mirror in the bedroom would be ideal
