Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso alle porte di Cuneo
Un luogo meraviglioso, tenuto con cura e passione dai proprietari. Tanta gentilezza e disponibilità. Non una singola cosa negativa. Bellissima esperienza anche se breve

Clean and polite owners, but terrible location and completely overpriced
I stayed here for the Fausto Coppi granfondo in June 2026 after being informed that the booking I had made several months earlier in the centre of Cuneo had been cancelled just an hour before arrival (thank you booking.com). This was the only accommodation still available at that time, as the city was otherwise completely booked out. I paid EUR 390 for two nights (I understand their normal price for a weekend is EUR 240, which still seems high for Cuneo).
The building is about 3.7 kilometers from Cuneo station on the outskirts of the city. To reach the centre you need to cross a viaduct with lots of traffic, so walking is not an option, and public transport is extremely limited on the weekend. The building is directly next to two busy highways, so you can hear the traffic noise even with the windows closed. The "garden view" from my "Deluxe Room" included two petrol stations (see picture), and I could not find the "balcony" mentioned in the room description. Worse, the room did not have air conditioning and was almost unbearably hot day and night. The owners were friendly enough, but, frankly, paying this price for a room without air condition on the outskirts of Cuneo next to a highway, knowing that you can get an entire apartment in the city centre for considerably less money, leaves you feeling you have been taken advantage of.
