Very good
The swimming pool was a very nice extra. The kitchen underneath is also a great idea. More than enough space. 5 rooms is really nice!
The dirt around the pool was not that nice because you go with dirty feet in the water. But that was the only negative thing!

Large Rustic traditional house. Lots of space and good location.
The location and the size of the property was perfect for our holiday. There are 3 double rooms with bathrooms and 2 twins which could share the master bathroom. Each bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower over the bath. There were lots of amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen was quirky and had a big dining space. The downstairs seating area overlooking the garden was great for evening drinks. The garden had ample seating and beds for relaxing. The pool was a good a size and a nice addition and plenty of bedding and towels for everyone. 25 minute walk into Colares for the brewpub and some restaurants as well as a supermarket which has a butchers and bakers. And then 25 minutes towards the beach for more restaurants. There is a market in the town as well as a cafe about 10 minute walk away. The beach village 'Aldeia de praia' has a small supermarket and pastry counter/cafe, plus some food places but we didn't eat there. There are 3 children play parks in the area. One at tbe beach, one in the beach village and one by the brewpub. You can use uber eats and uber for traveling. Bolt seems to have a better coverage. For example €3 for 6 seater to the beach or €14-€20 euros to Sintra. The tram is a good trip upto Sintra. Runs every couple of hours from the beach. €5 per person.
The garden could have been a bit tidier. The dirt from the path ends up getting in the pool. The pool steps were a bit wobbly. But overall lovely charming rustic house.
