Privatna garaža, blizina trgovine( odmah iza ugla), restorana( deset koraka od app), sadržaji na dohvat ruke i bez korištenja automobila

Die Lage des Hauses war gut, dass eine Garage dabei war, war auch gut. Leider darf das Auto nicht tief gelegt sein, sonst kommt man nicht zu der Garage. Das einzige Gerät was in der Küche top war, war der Toaster.
Die Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig, weil der Wasserhahn ein defekt hat. Der Spitzschutz in der Dusche ist falsch herum montiert, so dass der Boden Nass wird. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist dürftig, z.b. Backbleche die nicht passen, fehlender Kochlöffel, Korkenzieher, Schneidebrett, ....

Apartament bardzo przestronny i czysty, przed apartamentem jest również taras, bardzo duży plus za garaż w którym można zostawić swój pojazd. Bardzo blisko market i przystanek autobusowy.
