Location (directly next to a supermarket and close to beach and city) Size of the apartment was not bad
Bathroom had practically no light, shower head was broken so you had to hold it all the time, water pressure was not existing. There was no AC in the bedrooms. Everything is old and very used, gas stove didn’t work properly, the lighter for it was empty as well.
