    Dieci e lode!

    Una casa perfetta! Ampia, luminosa, pulita, accessoriata di tutto, curata nei dettagli, con biancheria morbida e profumata, materassi e cuscini super confortevoli, balcone spazioso. La posizione eccezionale: di fronte ad un supermercato e ad una farmacia, vicinissima allo sbocco dell'autostrada e anche al porto dove è possibile salpare per gite turistiche alle cinque terre... nonché a spiaggette incantevoli a 15 minuti in auto (San Terenzo). Il gestore Andrea gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza; ci siamo trovati benissimo, sicuramente torneremo! Consigliatissima per coppie o famiglie.

    Aparte de la casa que es muy cómoda, la cercanía del tren. La cercanía de la persona que lleva la casa. Un 10.

    Plenty of space inside. Able to do a small amount of washing, good to have a washing machine. Comfortable walking distance from La Spezia Migliarina station.

    Very poor communal area with work going on,making it dangerous to use the stairs. No warning the apartment was on the 4th floor with no lift before booking. Couldn't find any way to get hot water - cold shower or no shower. No kettle to boil water. Poor wi-fi.
