Posizione comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi. Parcheggio interno. Appartamento appena ristrutturato, ben tenuto, ampio e con verdanda con vista su tutto il golfo di castellamare / alcamo.
Purtroppo un giorno prima del nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che l'aria condizionata non era funzionante. Questo non ci ha permesso di dormire bene la notte, in quanto faceva parecchio caldo. Non potevamo lasciar aperte le finestre in quanto a pochi metri c'e una strada trafficata fino a tarda notte da auto e motorini che sfrecciano.

Casa nuova e molto pulita, a due passi dalla spiaggia. I proprietari ci sono venuti incontro con orari di check-in e checkout

We had a great stay and would definitely be back.
The owner was accommodating and helpful. The apartment was super clean with a great view and awesome air conditioning units. Street is very calm and quiet at night. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive from the center of Castellammare where you have night entertainment and fabulous restaurants. Very nice downstairs neighbors. Beach is within walking distance. The water is magnificent, however, the beach could use a little maintenance. Lot’s of rocks under the sand which make it difficult to plant your umbrella. Otherwise great.
Everything was great no complaints. Would definitely return.
