    A cute, clean and peaceful apartment with plenty of room to relax, with a few small improvements that would make it even

    The apartment was cute, cozy and clean, with a good-sized living room where we could sit and relax, a large TV and a lovely, airy kitchenette with a dining table. We didn’t spend much time indoors, but appreciated having that space. The location was very quiet, with hardly any street noise, so it was great for sleeping. The beds were firm, which suited me fine. Getting into the apartment was straightforward, although the key took a little getting used to. There was also plenty of helpful information left out for guests. We had no trouble finding street parking about a two- to three-minute walk from the apartment, alongside the nearby park.

    Part of the small lane leading to the apartment was unlit, making it quite dark and secluded when returning late at night. We didn’t feel unsafe as a couple, but I would have felt less comfortable walking back alone. Better lighting along that section would help.
