Solo la posizione merita un voto positivo perché l'appartamento si affaccia sulla piazza principale.
Il parcheggio GRATUITO è distante più di un km e abbiamo dovuto camminare a lungo con i bagagli, la casa non si trova al N°10 ma al 6 in una specie di condominio il cui ingresso è ben nascosto e non riuscivamo a trovarla, ho dovuto chiedere aiuto a un signore dopo aver girato lungo la via. Pochi mobili consumati dall'umidità presenti in casa e neanche uno specchio in camera da letto, attrezzatura cucina ridotta all'osso e gli asciugamani e pulizia sono da pagare a parte. La proprietaria dell'albergo, Daniela, è stata sempre scortese e antipatica nelle risposte alle nostre curiosità , la struttura ci è costata il 20% in più rispetto al prezzo per il quale avevamo prenotato e nessuna comprensione da parte sua che ha incolpato booking per il disguido. SCONSIGLIATO! Per i servizi offerti, non vale assolutamente la pena, c'è sicuramente di meglio.

Il y a eu un petit problème sur l’appartement réservé. Mais l’équipe passe de trouver un autre appartement beaucoup mieux et été très à l’écoute. Elle nous a ai aidé.

Keine Empfehlung trotz top Lage und Aussicht
Sehr zentrale Lage und tolle Aussicht im wunderschönen Orta
Die Wohnung lebt ausschließlich von Ihrer Lage. Ansonsten wirkt alles sehr lieblos und ungepflegt. Hier macht es sich der Vermieter sehr einfach und versucht über die Lage zu punkten ohne dabei auch die Wohnung in Schuss zu halten. Wände sind dreckig und im Schlafzimmer hat es Löcher in den Wänden. Betten sind sehr unbequem und im Bad gibt es keine Dusche. Die Badewanne verfügt nicht einmal über einen Duschvorhang, so dass man diese als Dusche nutzen könnte. Es gibt definitiv schönere und gepflegtere Unterkünfte in Orta. War für uns die ziemlich schlechteste Unterkunft seit langem.
