La casa vacanze è spaziosa e pulita, l’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutarci quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il contatore. Mi risulta difficile valutare la posizione, perché essendoci stata in inverno a Torre Specchia non si trova niente di aperto, immagino che l’estate sia molto più vivo. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza

Pulizia, riscaldamento, stanze grandi e accoglienti
Era inverno, intorno non c’era nulla di aperto e in casa non c’era nulla a disposizione (caffè, ad esempio).

Posizione vicina al mare e parcheggio privato
Assenza di tapparelle nel soggiorno (dove c’era un divano letto), porte delle camere e del bagno quasi rotte(le maniglie erano non funzionanti), perdita d’acqua nel corridoio, mancanza di luci da comodino nelle camere, cellulare senza segnale in casa
