    Wäre grundsätzlich gut, aber leider weder sauber noch hygienisch

    Netter Vermieter mit hilfreichen Infos zur Umgebung, Öffis, etc. Schöne Lage in Fußreichweite zu Restaurants, Bäcker, Lebensmittelladen, Haltesstelle Ruhige Lage

    Leider war es nicht sehr sauber, dreckiger Boden, tlw. Spinnweben, staubig und die Abwasserkanäle gehören dringend gereinigt, der Gestank war schon sehr grenzwertig. Wir mussten uns einen Duftstecker kaufen für den Aufenthalt. Obwohl die Ausstattung grundsätzlich in Ordnung war, haben wir vieles gar nicht nutzen können, wie zb den Kühlschrank (beim Öffnen kam einem ein ekelhafter Geruch entgegen, obwohl er eigentlich leer war) oder die Couch, auf der diverse Flecken zu erkennen waren.
