    Des points à améliorer.

    Nous avons été accueillie par une femme très gentille, qui a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Nous avons trouvé le logement très propre et bien équipé. La climatisation était très appréciable avec cette chaleur.

    Malheureusement, le logement dégage une mauvaise odeur (humidité ?). Présence d'un jeune chien en liberté dans le voisinage (terrasse commune). Excréments présents, bien que nettoyés de temps en temps, qui ne donnent pas envie de sortir sur cette partie du logement et donnent des odeurs avec la chaleur. L'électricité a disjoncté plusieurs fois avec l'utilisation de la climatisation. Très mauvaise réception du wifi.

    La casa si trova in ottima posizione, con facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ha dei buoni infissi che garantiscono un buon isolamento termico ed acustico. La casa presenta mobilio e arredi nuovi

    Il lettino per il mio bambino era maleodorante e con evidenti segni di usura. La casa nonostante fosse pulita non emanava un buon odore (verosimilmente dovuto a tessuti e tendaggi in una casa che viene offerta indistintamente a fumatori e non fumatori)

    Bella accoglienza nella bellissima Marta

    Appartamentino ben ristrutturato e ben arredato, spazioso ed esteticamente gradevole. Bella cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, open space con lo spazio living. Bagno ben arredato e funzionale, con scalda-asciugamani e bella doccia. Letto comodo, grande armadio spazioso per chi soggiornasse per periodi più lunghi. Buona posizione 5 minuti a piedi dal lago. Strada tranquilla e sufficientemente silenziosa. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Proprietario molto gentile.

    Faceva un po' freddino all'arrivo, ma poi si è scaldato bene con gli split (probabilmente, essendo marzo, non c'era stato nessuno prima di noi). Il wi-fi locale non funziona granché, ma prendono tranquillamente i principali operatori telefonici. Mancavano delle lampade singole sui comodini (ma per 2 notti non è stato un problema): il proprietario, comunque, ha accolto il nostro consiglio con grande gentilezza e ha detto che metterà delle abat-jour.
