    Posizione comodissima per mare e paesi limitrofi per spostarsi in macchina. Casa molto minimal, ma con terrazza spaziosa.

    Una struttura adatta per le vacanze al mare in quegli splendidi posti fra Salento e Valle d'Itria

    2oo metri solo dal mare, dove c'erano varie piccole spiagge, alcune molto belle. Arietta sempre eccezionale, credo dovuta alla vicinanza del mare. Aria condizionata accesa proprio poco, nonostante fosse luglio. Parcheggio sotto casa. Bilocale provvisto di quasi tutto ciò che serve per abitarci. Comodissimo per spostarsi in macchina verso tutte le altre mete. Ostuni a soli 7 muniti di macchina. La stupenda valle d'Itria comodissima da qui. Impianto moderno. Quartiere residenziale, con casette basse ovunque, carine o belle. Estremamente riservato, silenzioso e tranquillo. A 2 minuti di macchina il paesino di Villanova ha tutti i negozi. Natura bella e autentica attorno. Ampio patio esterno. Rapporto qualità/prezzo giusto

    Le luci non sono congegnate sempre bene (né fuori, né dentro). In cucina manca qualcosa di essenziale (cucchiaini...)
