Для ночевки без излишеств
Расположение очень близко к пляжу, 10 минут пешком, пляж тут лучше, чем центральный городской. Рядом два больших магазина, очень удобно. До центра 15 минут пешком. Апартаменты просторные, но очень скромные.
Кондиционер только в гостиной, для спальни предусмотрен шумный напольный вентилятор. В целом апартаменты требуют ремонта (хотя бы косметического), сантехника старая, розеток мало. Проводить время на балконе не получилось, там солнечная сторона без затемнения, выходит горячий воздух из блока кондиционера. Цена показалась завышенной.

Perfect location, very close to a supermarket and fairly close to the beach and histoiric center. The stuff was very responsive and helpful solving problems in a matter of hours.
I wouldn't recommend it for 4 people, the pull out couch was extremely old and uncomfortable making the stay not pleasant, the mattress is so worn out that you basically sleep on bare wires. The furniture is minimal and too old, not many pots and pans , there were no cleaning supplies.

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja- na uboczu a jednak blisko centrum. Niemal po sąsiedzku market. Obiekt bardzo czysty. W okolicy darmowy parking. Pralka. Słoneczny balkon i rolety zewnętrzne.
Rozkładana sofa w salonie to koszmar - bardziej maszyna do tortur niż do spania. Każdy ruch powodował okropne skrzypienie. Skrajnie niewygodne- nie nadające się do użytku. Nie znaleźliśmy sprzętu do prasowania pomimo, że w opisie był wymieniony. W mieszkaniu dość nieprzyjemny zapach - grzyb.

Ideale per le nostre esigenze
Alloggio spazioso, pulito, comodo e posizione ottimale soprattutto per la facilità di parcheggio, e ben due supermercati a poche centinaia di metri (il Conad davvero a 100 mt)....spiaggia e centro storico raggiungibili comodamente a piedi in 10/15 minuti, davvero una scelta ottimale per le nostre esigenze
manca un fornetto a microonde (sempre molto utile per i pasti toccata e fuga) e divano letto in soggiorno forse un po' datato come comodità del materasso, impianto idraulico in bagno rumoroso (ma quasi sicuramente si tratta di un problema strutturale del condominio)

Great value for money holiday place
Perfect location, close to the bus/train station, in a proximity to the beaches. Great bed and even a balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink.
Some kitchen utensils box grater or wine corkscrew are indispensable.
