    braucht dringend etwas Investition und Pflege..

    Die T2-Straßenbahn ist in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt relativ ruhig, abgesehen davon, dass die Metalltreppe in alle Wohnungen sehr schmal, steil und laut sind, wenn andere Gäste hinauf- oder hinuntergehen. Wenn etwas kaputt war, wurde zwar schnell reagiert. Allerdings funktionierten zeitweise beide Toiletten nicht richtig und spülten nicht. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung. Allerdings ist es bei älteren Möbeln und Armaturen natürlich schwieriger, einen wirklich sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck zu erhalten.

    Das Badezimmer im Obergeschoss war sehr klein. Die Möbel waren eher günstig und haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Auch das Küchenzubehör war alt und teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Die Handtücher waren sehr abgenutzt. Beide Toiletten haben nicht richtig funktionierten. Der Gasalarm ging ebenfalls los. Ich rief daraufhin an und bekam die Auskunft, dass dies daran gelegen habe, dass es geregnet hatte... Insgesamt braucht die Unterkunft meiner Meinung nach dringend etwas Investition und Pflege. Sie wirkt teilweise etwas traurig und leblos und könnte mit einigen Erneuerungen und einer liebevolleren Gestaltung deutlich angenehmer sein. 250 € pro Nacht im Oktober finde ich für die Ausstattung und den Zustand der Unterkunft eher teuer.

    Excellent location, there are 2 separate rooms in the appartment, each room with its own bathroom (that was extremely convenient for us). Super clean. The host was helpful and promptly fixed the issues with wifi. In front of the house is a little cosy garden.

    Tutto perfetto, bellissimo posto e Meri super gentile e disponibile. Ritornerò sicuramente qua al mio prossimo viaggio a Firenze.
