    Monolocale pulito e molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Trani.

    Secondo piano alto con gradini ripidi. Accoglienza da rivedere, non del tutto soddisfacente.

    Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione. Nella casa era presente tutto il necessario per affrontare un adeguato soggiorno.

    Essendo la struttura presente in uno stabile abbastanza datato, le scale risultavano scomode in quanto alcune strette e altre normali. Contatore luce condiviso con un appartamento al 2 piano.
