    de ligging en de rust van de omgeving

    Het keukengerei was maar pover. Echt koken zat er niet in en bovendien was er geen microgolf en zelfs geen kurkentrekker (Italië = lekkere wijn). De badkamer is eigenlijk veel te klein. Het internet was bar slecht in het huis. Op straat was het prima.
