    Peccato , bastava poco ...

    "Segnalo questo disservizio affinché il proprietario della struttura si adoperi al più presto per rimediare a questa che, a mio avviso, è una grave mancanza verso gli ospiti. Il giorno stesso dell'arrivo, ho segnalato tempestivamente un problema al bagno, ovvero la mancanza di acqua, e successivamente, dopo qualche ora, una perdita dallo sciacquone. La proprietaria ha ammesso di essere già a conoscenza del problema, essendo stata avvisata dal cliente precedente, ma ha omesso di informarmi prima. Ritengo che questo comportamento sia scorretto e non professionale. Inoltre, la proprietaria non ha cercato di motivare personalmente la sua mancanza, ma solo telefonicamente, adducendo come scusa la difficoltà di trovare un idraulico nei giorni antecedenti al 15 agosto. Trovo questa scusa non valida, soprattutto considerando che non mi ha avvisato preventivamente del problema. Mi dispiace, ma non posso dare un giudizio positivo su questa esperienza, soprattutto in considerazione della mancanza di scuse e della poca attenzione mostrata dalla proprietaria."
