  I would stay for a longer period. Excellent!!

  Beautiful!!! Super clean!!! Absolutely gorgeous. We had snacks and we were greeted by the host.

  We didnt stay at all.

  We booked this place in Ravello as part of our honeymoon, expecting a beautiful, peaceful stay based on the photos and description on Booking.com. What we got instead was a heartbreaking letdown. The listing promised scenic views, a prime location near the town center, and a cozy apartment but none of it was true. The apartment itself had no views, was dark and stuffy, and felt more like an assisted living space hastily converted into a short term rental. The photos were clearly curated to mislead, showing common areas or views not related to the actual unit. The location was a nightmare. It was not a 10-minute walk to town as claimed it was a grueling, unwalkable 30+ minute staircase trek just to get to Ravello Center. No restaurants nearby, no access to enjoy our time as newlyweds. We felt completely isolated, frustrated, and honestly, deceived. We reached out to the property manager, who was kind and tried her best to help. But the owners refused to refund us anything feom our 4 night stay despite the complex being completely vacant. Their lack of empathy even after knowing we were on our honeymoon and clearly distressed was astonishing. We ended up leaving paying for the 4 nights and paying for another place just to salvage our trip. I’m writing this so that no one else has to go through what we did. Do not let the pictures and vague description fool you. This is not the place to stay if you’re looking for honesty, comfort, or a memorable experience.
