Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere
Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in questa splendida casa vacanze e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa era completamente attrezzata, pulita e in una posizione strategica per raggiungere moltissime spiagge sia nel lato sud-est che ovest. L’alloggio è dotato di condizionatori, un bagno pulito e spazioso, una terrazza coperta per godersi tutte le serate in un atmosfera molto rilassante e un parcheggio privato. La cordialità degli host Paola e Luciano fa sicuramente la differenza. La consiglio a ottimi voti! Spero di ritornare presto!

Wie hatten eine 13 tägige Unterkunft in der Casa Vacanze. Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht bei allen Fragen oder Problemen eine Lösung zu finden. Das Anwesend ist schon grün und gepflegt. Wir hätten einen Teil des kleinen aber schönen Gartenbereichs nutzen dürfen. Durch die hohen Temperaturen haben wir den Garten leider nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung hat alles was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt. Der Charm der Wohnung besteht aus der Holzverkleidung. Leider arbeitet Holz und manche Türen konnten nur mit Mühe bewegt werden. Fußbodendielen gabe lautete Geräusche,.was aber nur wie in unserem Fall mit einem Kleinkind und dem Einschlafen eine Rolle gespielt hat. Der Weg zum nächsten SteinStrand ist ca. 400 Meter weit entfernt. Der nächste Sandstrand mit dem Bus zu erreichen in ca. 25 Minuten.

Accueil charmant dans un gîte bien situé mais dont les équipements mériteraient d’être renouvelés
La climatisation, indispensable pour survivre en périodes de fortes chaleur. La proximité de la plage (San Andrea que je recommande à 6 minutes en voiture ; celles où on accède à pied depuis le gîte sont très pierreuses et sans fond). Proche de Cagliari et accès facile vers la côte Sud-Est. La gentillesse des hôtes malgré la barrière de la langue qui limite énormément les échanges (français et anglais pas ou très peu pratiqués).
Les équipements (ustensiles de cuisine, couverts, lave-vaisselle, literie,….) méritent d’être renouvelés après près de 10 ans d’utilisation. Attention : escalier très raide pour accéder au logement.
