    Casa ristrutturata di recente con molto gusto ed attenzione ai dettagli. Ben attrezzata, ampia e pulita. Dotata di aria condizionata e wifi efficienti. Presenta un balconcino stretto, dove è possibile stendere i panni (ha anche la lavatrice). La posizione è strategica perché consente di raggiungere sia il centro storico che il mare in pochi minuti e nello stesso tempo è in luogo lontano dal caos del centro. Supermercati non distanti e piccola bottega di alimentari proprio sotto casa. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura, per come è organizzata, consente una certa privacy agli ospiti.

    Trovandosi in un quartiere storico presenta una breve rampa di scale piuttosto alte (con passamano). Il letto si trova su un soppalco essenziale e l'altro letto è un divano-letto (ma comodo). Va detto che la via più rapida a piedi per raggiungere centro e spiaggia prevede una delle tante stradine a scale di Vieste. Per chi avesse problemi però è possibile fare un percorso senza scale lievemente più lungo (di una decina di minuti). .
