Vacanza Villasimius
La casa é in una posizione assolutamente strategica. In centro,vicino a tutti i servizi necessari e vicino a spiaggie meravigliose. La disponibilità di Nunzio davvero impeccabile. Per chi alloggia in questa casa e viene in macchina si può usufruire del PAS del parcheggio gratuito,una svolta considerando che i parcheggi sono abbastanza cari. La casa dispone di una doccia esterna, una salvezza post mare. Terrazzino per cene e colazioni top. Armadi capienti, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aspirapolvere... Ti senti come fossi a casa tua. Che dire? Tutto perfetto.

Tra le migliori esperienze fatte su Booking. Sicuramente torneremo.
Posizione centralissima, ma non limitata dalla ZTL. Parcheggio sotto casa gratuito. Struttura completa di tutto, come a casa propria. Doccia esterna. Host molto attento e disponibile.

Die Unterkunft lag super zentral, trotzdem ruhig und hatte alles was man brauchte. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
In direkter Nähe zum schönen Örtchen Villasimius. Die Wohnung hat in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage und die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, etc. ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und der Balkon ist gut nutzbar zum entspannten Sitzen. Die Wohnung war extrem sauber bei der Übergabe und es gibt die (kostenpflichtige) Möglichkeit einer Reinigung während des Aufenthalts. Der Gastgeber gibt während des Aufenthalts diverse Tipps zu Sardinien per WhatsApp und kümmert sich um alles, was man benötigt. In Summe eine richtig tolle Unterkunft!
Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und auch nach draußen hin nicht gut isoliert. Wenn dann die Müllabfuhr jeden Morgen um 06.30 Uhr kommt und piepend in die Straße einfährt und kurz darauf die Nachbarn oben drüber lautstark in den Tag starten, ist an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. Empfehlung: Ohrenstöpsel.
