    An perfect apartment for a family vacation a short walk away from the sea

    A very nice, clean and well equipped apartment a super-short walk from the sea. The building is very well matinained. It's apparently built for renting out the apartments and the office of the management company is on the ground floor which is very convenient if you have any questions. The elevator was an important factor for us since we were with my elderly mother. The free parking is a 4 minutes drive or an 8 minute walk away in a safe location behind a mechanical door (you'll get a remote to open it). There is a million of restaurants, and shops a short walking distance away, including a huge 24/7 super-market. Just around the corner there is a small but well equipped gym. There are small but very nice balkonies - perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. In our apartment there were two bathrooms - very convenient for larger families. Overall - this is our second time in Alassio and we are definitely returning and will try to book an apartment in this building again.

    Très bien!

    Qualité de la literie et standing de tout l’appartement qui était excellent: SDB de taille parfaite et moderne, clim de très bonne qualité avec thermostat individuel dans chaque pièce, très bonne insonorisation, emplacement à 2min à pied de la mer et des commerces. Stationnement devant l’immeuble pour charger et décharger la voiture.

    Quelque marches à monter avant d’accéder à la porte de l’immeuble ce qui n’était pas pratique avec une poussette.

    Super Unterkunft, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber

    Komplette Wohnung, voll ausgestattet. Selbstversorgung möglich aber auch die Restaurants in der Nähe waren allesamt sehr gut. kurzer Weg zum Strand.

    kein eigener Strand vorhanden, aber Mitbenützung eines Strandes gegen Gebühr. öffentliche Strände zu Fuß schlecht erreichbar bzw. zu weit entfernt.
